FanStake Bet Ltd ("we") is the data controller for personal data processed through this service. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under UK GDPR.

What we collect

• Gameplay data: lobby entries, picks, credit ledger, badges.
• Communications: messages you post in lobby chat.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and basic usage logs for security and debugging.

Why we use it

• To run the service (matchmaking, settlement, leaderboards).
• To keep accounts secure and prevent abuse.
• To send essential service emails (sign-in, account changes).
• To comply with legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We share data only with processors needed to operate FanStake Bet: our hosting and database provider, our email delivery provider, and third-party football data feeds. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account is active and for up to 12 months after deletion to handle disputes and meet legal obligations. Aggregated, anonymised stats may be kept indefinitely.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email privacy@fanstake.app to exercise any of these rights. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
