Welcome to FanStake Bet. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use FanStake Bet.
FanStake Bet is a social football prediction game. All stakes, pots, and payouts are denominated in in-app credits with no monetary value. Credits cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash, or transferred between users. FanStake Bet is not a licensed gambling operator and does not offer real-money betting.
You must be at least 18 years old and resident in the United Kingdom to use FanStake Bet during the private beta. We may verify age and residency at any time.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
You agree not to use bots, multiple accounts, collusion, or any automation to gain an unfair advantage. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules and void any associated entries.
Paid tiers (where offered) renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
FanStake Bet is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Match data and lineups are sourced from third parties and may contain errors or delays.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FanStake Bet's liability to you is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
