Welcome to FanStake Bet. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use FanStake Bet.
FanStake Bet is a social football prediction game. All stakes, pots, and payouts are denominated in in-app credits with no monetary value. Credits cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash, or transferred between users. FanStake Bet is not a licensed gambling operator and does not offer real-money betting.
You must be at least 18 years old and resident in the United Kingdom to use FanStake Bet during the private beta. We may verify age and residency at any time.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
You agree not to use bots, multiple accounts, collusion, or any automation to gain an unfair advantage. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules and void any associated entries.
Paid tiers (where offered) renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
FanStake Bet is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Match data and lineups are sourced from third parties and may contain errors or delays.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FanStake Bet's liability to you is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Each calendar month, the member at the top of the monthly leaderboard wins a home matchday ticket to watch their nominated team (value up to £150) — or, if they already hold a season ticket for that club, football merchandise of the same value instead.
Open to members aged 18 or over who are resident in the United Kingdom. One entry per person; multiple accounts are prohibited and will be disqualified. You must nominate a supported team at signup. Your nominated team is locked at signup and cannot be changed during the competition period.
The winner is the member with the highest net credits (payouts minus stakes) from settled predictions across the calendar month, from 00:00 on the 1st to 23:59 on the last day of the month (UK time). Credits accrue only from your actual signup date; no backdating or bulk grants count toward the leaderboard.
Entry is free. No purchase, payment, or subscription is necessary to enter or win. Credits used in play have no monetary value and cannot be bought.
The prize is capped at £150 inclusive of ticket or merchandise cost. If the winner's chosen home fixture exceeds this value (e.g. high-demand fixtures), FanStake Bet will contribute up to £150 toward the ticket and the winner may cover any difference themselves if they wish to proceed with that specific game, or choose an alternative home fixture within the cap.
The ticket must be for a home fixture of the winner's nominated team taking place within 3 months of the win being confirmed. If the nominated team has no home fixture within that window, or tickets for any home game in the window are unavailable or sold out, the fallback is the next available home game, or football merchandise to the equivalent value of up to £150 where no fixture is feasible in time.
Where two or more members finish the month on identical net credits, the prize goes to the member with the highest win percentage across all predictions staked on in that month. If still tied, the prize goes to the member with the earliest account creation date.
We contact the winner by email within 7 days of the month closing to confirm their season ticket status (which may change month to month) and arrange fulfilment. The prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative. Disputes should be raised in writing to hello@fanstake.app within 48 hours of the month closing; we will respond within 7 days and our decision is final.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
